In this role, you will
- Build world-class learning experiences
- Create 1:1 learning journeys for Crowdstrike Partners
- Design and develop written, video, and interactive content for various delivery modes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance existing education
- Use research-informed instructional strategies to design content
- Craft strong relationships with stakeholders
You will need
- 5+ years experience developing and delivering on-demand, VILT and ILT learning
- Experience in Partner or customer learning in SaaS
- Backwards design methodology
- Social and gamified learning strategies
- Assessment design experience
- Experience in cybersecurity domains such as Cloud security, SIEM, identity security, and incident response
