In this role, you will
- Lead the development and execution of the companyโs brand strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all channels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand marketing strategies with the companyโs business goals and objectives.
- Refine and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring it is consistently represented and resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee the creation of brand campaigns that effectively convey our brandโs message and values.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Analyze market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the brand marketing team.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and media.
- Monitor and report on brand initiative performance to the executive team.
- Champion the brand internally and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop a digital library of brand resources.
You will need
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or related field; Masterโs preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of current marketing trends.
