In this role, you will

• Drive key design initiatives that significantly enhance user experiences.
• Develop and implement interactive design strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand expression.
• Oversee a team of designers, providing guidance and inspiration.
• Champion user-centric design principles and uphold aesthetic standards.
• Shape Tinder's visual design system for scalability.
• Present design concepts to senior leadership for feedback.
• Contribute to the development of our design systems.
• Stay ahead of visual design trends and integrate best practices.

You will need

• 7+ years in visual, interactive, or product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Deep understanding of interactive principles.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills for presenting designs effectively.
• A strong desire to learn about users and enhance human connections.
• Experience with design systems for consistency across touchpoints.
