In this role, you will
- Develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360, focusing on Storyline and Rise.
- Create detailed and effective learning scripts tailored to learning objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.
- Craft interactive scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments for engagement.
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining instructional design templates.
You will need
- 3+ years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, especially Storyline and Rise.
- Strong skills in writing engaging learning scripts.
- Creative thinking to transform complex ideas into training content.
- Experience in developing scenario-based learning.
- Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Enablement or Learning & Development is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
