- Spend 60% of your time working with clients and 40% working independently
You will need
- 8+ years of experience leading a design team
- A portfolio showcasing high proficiency across digital platforms
- Curiosity for emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Collaboration skills with designers and stakeholders
- Comfort with taking thoughtful risks
