Tasks
- Ideation and creation of assets for a variety of creative ad concepts
- Collaborating with the team to understand creative briefs, digital design needs and deliverable deadlines
- Displaying high design aesthetics, typography skills and an impeccable eye for detail
- Ensure digital file format standards and proactively provide technical assistance and best practices of file management
Requirements
- Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily: Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Experience working in Figma
- Experience working in a 3D software such as Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D
- Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads
- Based in Berlin and can work with our team from our NeukΓΆlln office
- Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus
- Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends
- A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
