Responsibilities
- Prioritize platform requirements: Collaborate with software architects and product management teams across the business to define cloud platform needs, ensuring alignment with customer and market expectations.
- Customer engagement: Engage closely with customers to ensure a top-class user experience and maximize the value derived from the platform.
- Technology partner collaboration: Work closely with leading technology partners, such as AWS and Microsoft, in defining and developing the platform.
- Champion innovation: Be a strong advocate for innovation by promoting new technology ideas, proposing novel business models, and suggesting strategies for platform adoption and monetization.
- Clear documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of discussions, requirements, and decisions using Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Engage with relevant stakeholders to manage competing priorities, ensuring a clear platform roadmap and strategy are communicated.
- Market analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify market trends.
- Product lifecycle management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet customer expectations.
- Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates, positioning, and strategy.
- Customer feedback integration: Collaborate with customer success teams to gather and integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Go-to-market strategy: Lead product launch planning and go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Cloud security leadership: Stay informed on cloud security trends and ensure the platform adheres to the highest security standards.
- Team leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years of leadership experience in cloud infrastructure or security products.
- Cloud expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
- AWS and Azure certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly preferred.
- SRE / Observability background: Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and observability tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for ensuring high availability and performance of cloud services.
- Kubernetes, Terraform, and Argo CD expertise: Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and Argo CD for continuous delivery and GitOps to manage and automate cloud environments.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams, driving strategic direction and innovation.
- Market knowledge: Strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure and security market, including competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and customer needs.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer focus: A passion for understanding customer pain points and building solutions that address them effectively.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Security and compliance knowledge: Familiarity with identity governance, compliance frameworks (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001), and security best practices is highly desirable.

- If required for this role, you will complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
