We are looking for a skilled and visionary Senior Manager, Creative - Art, to join our growing creative team. In this role, youโll lead the visual direction of key projects, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to produce high-impact work that resonates with our audience. You will play a critical role in shaping the aesthetic and design language across multiple platforms while guiding and mentoring junior designers. As an ACD, youโll help set the creative tone, push innovative ideas, and ensure design excellence across all deliverables.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they are both visually stunning and on-brand across a variety of media, including digital, print, social, video, and more.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to craft integrated creative solutions that are cohesive and strategically aligned with client goals.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of design quality, innovation, and consistency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, offering feedback, support, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that elevate the brand and push creative boundaries.
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, articulating design decisions and the visual rationale behind them.
- Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire new ideas and approaches.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand strategy and ensure design solutions align with both the clientโs objectives and the overall creative vision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, ideally within an agency or creative environment.
- Experience in a highly conceptual environment.
- Agency and in-house experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative projects, develop visual concepts, and execute across various mediums (digital, print, advertising, etc.).
- Exceptional design skills, with a keen eye for typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and with clients to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Preferred
- Experience working in tech and/or global brands.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, or 3D design is a plus.
- A passion for design and a strong understanding of the latest trends in visual communication and digital design.
- Curiosity around using AI tools within the creative workflow.
