Essential Functions

• Support developing visual brands for new projects in collaboration with a design team.
• Oversee design strategy and day-to-day execution of design tasks.
• Execute and lead design for multiple film projects.
• Supervise application of brand guides used by other marketing teams.
• Design ads, web mockups, emails, soft goods, and printed materials.
• Collaborate in creating worldwide advertising campaigns.
• Ideate campaigns and present designs to filmmakers.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure alignment of visuals and copy.
• Meet tight deadlines and contribute to scheduled meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience in graphic design.
• 2-3 years of agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Robust design portfolio.
• Basic web design experience required.
• Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing conditions.
