The Opportunity
The Enterprise Learning Architect is responsible for designing learning experiences tailored to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, analysing organisational goals and objectives, and creating innovative learning solutions to address those needs. The Enterprise Learning Architect collaborates closely with Technical Curriculum Leads, Account Executives, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive learning strategies and design engaging learning experiences that directly meet client needs. The Enterprise Learning Architect plays a critical role in ensuring that learning initiatives align with client objectives and deliver impactful, effective, and customized learning experiences.Specifically, you will
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, skills gaps, and organizational goals to develop a clear understanding of the client's specific needs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess their learning challenges and recommend appropriate learning strategies and solutions.
- Design and develop comprehensive learning architectures, including overall curriculum structures, learning pathways, and content frameworks that address the client's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Curriculum Leads to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content, integrating their expertise into the overall learning solutions.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, making recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with Learning Sciences and Learning Designers to share a research-informed approach to clients on how our learning model is structured and what new product features may enhance custom offerings.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify learning needs, analyze complex requirements, and develop effective learning solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and adhere to project deliverables.
- High level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to think strategically and design engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning design methodologies, and instructional design models (such as ADDIE).
- Experience creating engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer, learning architect, or a similar role.
- Experience working in an enterprise or custom learning environment.
- Formal or informal people leadership experience.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as instructional design, education, or organisational development.
