- Autonomously achieve assigned yearly revenue goals for your accounts and group, as applicable.
- Innovating and strategizing to ensure long-term success, approaching these efforts with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Lead and support sales for an assigned portfolio of business, in support of overall vertical goals.
- Demonstrate consistency in revenue goal accomplishments for your business team.
- Maintain a healthy business pipeline, working with AVP, Client Accounts to consistently close opportunities.
- Maintain quarterly and annual client health scorecards.
- Identify strategies that can help move the company forward financially.
- Contribute to the definition, management, and strategy of the vision of your team.
- Adept at leveraging the right solutions to solve client challenges.
- Understand the business of your assigned accounts to drive strategy.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure overall health of performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in annual strategic planning.
- Provide tangible account details to AVP, Client Accounts to support the hygiene of your annual business plan.
- Monitor industry trends and client landscapes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop account teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration.
- Build lasting partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with Finance and AVP, Client Accounts.
- Make confident decisions despite ambiguity.
- Participate in recruiting efforts.

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000 for our base US Region 3.
