About the Role
The Strategy and Operations team is responsible for elevating the voices of Motive customers to drive retention, increase usability of our products, and disseminate findings across the product org. Weβre seeking a detail oriented and extremely organized self-starter to manage Research Operations in order for the Research team to move faster in collecting insights by collaborating with go-to-market teams, customers, and other PMs. This team ensures that the products we are building are best in class not only usability wise but also strategically. User Research within Motive touches all aspects of the product, making it an exciting and dynamic team to work on. The ideal candidate is going to focus on the small details, finds it easy and necessary to stay organized, is interested in developing new systems to increase efficiency with a strong sense of ownership.What Youβll Do
- Support research initiatives by scheduling interviews & managing participant recruitment
- Tracking project timelines, and assisting with documentation
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth research operations
- Write compelling participant recruitment messaging content
- Assist with research analysis and findings, collecting compelling video footage, converting written reports to slides, and collecting participant quotes.
What Weβre Looking For
- Bachelors Degree or Higher in Business/IT/Engineering or equivalent
- Organized - Able to set up systems to keep track of ongoing initiatives, ensuring no projects fall to the wayside.
- Action-orientated & strong ownership - Innovative problem solver that isnβt afraid to take risks with their approach.
- Have high βEQβ - be even-keeled, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes.
- Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
