Who we are looking for:

  • A strong portfolio of high-impact, consumer-facing work that demonstrates great typographic, layout, hierarchy and technical skills across all things marketing – digital and print
  • A strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to design for it as well as experience with art direction, photography and storyboarding
  • Confident in creative ideation for all channels able to spot and exploit opportunities
  • Experience working inhouse and with other creatives ie copywriters to shape messaging to aid design and video art direction with mood and storyboards.
  • Confident building presentations and taking stakeholders on a journey – communicating your process, ideas and solutions
  • Strategic and solutions-focused Understand the β€˜why’ and will seek to understand the real outcomes of the brief before heading into creative solutions
  • Organised and able to take ownership of complex projects, work with different teams and prioritise to meet deadlines. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to navigate feedback
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or a confidence that you can upskill quickly in the latter if it’s not in your current skillset)
