Who we are looking for:
- A strong portfolio of high-impact, consumer-facing work that demonstrates great typographic, layout, hierarchy and technical skills across all things marketing β digital and print
- A strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to design for it as well as experience with art direction, photography and storyboarding
- Confident in creative ideation for all channels able to spot and exploit opportunities
- Experience working inhouse and with other creatives ie copywriters to shape messaging to aid design and video art direction with mood and storyboards.
- Confident building presentations and taking stakeholders on a journey β communicating your process, ideas and solutions
- Strategic and solutions-focused Understand the βwhyβ and will seek to understand the real outcomes of the brief before heading into creative solutions
- Organised and able to take ownership of complex projects, work with different teams and prioritise to meet deadlines. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to navigate feedback
- Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or a confidence that you can upskill quickly in the latter if itβs not in your current skillset)
