Who you are
- 12+ years of experience in UX/product design, with at least 7+ years in design leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and leading design teams that have delivered exceptional digital products at scale for audiences of significant size
- Experience in creating a cohesive customer experience with a horizontal product that spans many product types and revenue models
- Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, research techniques, and design systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like product management, engineering, and marketing to drive vision, strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of design's impact on business metrics and ability to advocate for design decisions using data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to executive leadership
- Experience with, and curiosity about, emerging technologies including AI-driven systems, conversational UX, or other innovative interaction models
