We are looking for a Director of Insurance Product with deep wordings experience to drive growth in our cyber insurance products. You will collaborate with the Chief Underwriting Officer to maintain a competitive product and drive sustainability.Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, refinement and negotiation of cyber policy language and endorsements.
- Work closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer to provide guidance on policy intent, interpretations and risk appetite.
- Monitor cyber threats, legal precedents and industry trends to anticipate coverage solutions.
- Coordinate projects and work collaboratively with other stakeholders.
- Support the global team in organizing intelligence, educational resources, and product training.
- Monitor claims developments and impact of wording on claims.
- Support insurance product innovation for key partnerships.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years experience in cyber insurance, with significant experience in policy wordings underwriting or legal review.
- Legal expertise, JD preferred.
- Proven understanding of cyber coverage and policy language.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and articulate complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
