About The Role

  • Create and distribute the weekly internal e-newsletter (Qontoer's Journal);
  • Assist teams in building their internal communication (ex: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, internal events, product updates, etc);
  • Support our employer branding strategy by creating and managing compelling content, coordinating events and campaigns, and helping maintain consistency.
  • Support and coordinate teams for Summit or major internal events throughout the year.

About You

  • You are excellent at clear, concise written and oral communication.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have a customer service mindset and are comfortable building relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented, curious, and proactive.
  • You have a flair for design.

Our Hiring Process

  • Interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future manager/mentor
  • A remote exercise to demonstrate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Qonto could be like
