Responsibilities
- Deal with member requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner.
- Acquire strong knowledge of the French healthcare system and assist B2B customers.
- Manage key process improvement initiatives.
- Own the process of implementation and lead a crew of Alaners to help achieve their goals.
- Coach junior members of the Care team.
Requirements
- Passion for caring for members and solving their problems.
- Impeccable French and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
- Empathetic and serene state of mind.
- Experience with coaching, HR, operations, or project management is a plus.
