What You'll Do
- Handle the studio calendars to facilitate a high volume of in-studio bookings
- Coordinate with podcast producers, partner managers, and production teams to ensure smooth recording sessions and studio experiences
- Procure gear and supplies for studios as needed
- Assist with the editing of audio and video podcasts, including audio mixing, audio and video editing, and implementing of basic gfx
- Provide technical support to Spotify hosts and partners, including troubleshooting studio productions, and figuring out solutions for field and remote shoots and remote shoots
- Maintain studio spaces to meet talentβs needs as well as industry standards
- Implement technical improvements as needed
- Contribute to a collaborative environment with multiple internal departments to effectively run and communicate to the right stakeholders
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in digital video production, including video podcasts, video content for platforms such as YouTube and Twitch
- Able to work from Spotifyβs London office up to five days per week
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and the entire Adobe suite
- Familiarity with the entire podcast production process
- Experience working directly with high-profile talent and guests
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to evaluate content with sound judgment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure
Where You'll Be
- This role will be based out of London office and requires 5 days a week in the office
