Role

We’re searching for a Senior Creative Producer to join our growing Marketing organization. You’ll report to the Director of Growth Operations and support the team in an incredibly wide variety of creative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of creative projects, collaborating with internal teams.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external partners to execute high-quality deliverables.
• Translate high-level campaign ideas into executable plans, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and timely execution.
• Own vendor and partnership logistics, managing on-site activations for events or influencer appearances.
• Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, optimizing spend while ensuring high-impact delivery.
• Oversee production of physical brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Champion a creative, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in production or creative project management.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and make confident decisions.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Interest or prior experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
