Role
Weβre searching for a Senior Creative Producer to join our growing Marketing organization. Youβll report to the Director of Growth Operations and support the team in an incredibly wide variety of creative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of creative projects, collaborating with internal teams.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external partners to execute high-quality deliverables.
- Translate high-level campaign ideas into executable plans, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and timely execution.
- Own vendor and partnership logistics, managing on-site activations for events or influencer appearances.
- Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, optimizing spend while ensuring high-impact delivery.
- Oversee production of physical brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Champion a creative, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in production or creative project management.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and make confident decisions.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Interest or prior experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
