Responsibilities
- Drive Product Discovery: Using the continuous discovery method, dive deep into our customers problems, identify opportunities, run experiments, and ideate solutions.
- Lead feature development: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to drive the full cycle of building featuresfrom ideation to launch. You'll own the process, leading the charge in delivering products that delight our customers and set the market standard.
- Develop product strategy: Youll prioritize work that will move the needle for our customers and help us reach our business OKRs.
- Build knowledge: You will be in charge of building expertise in your product area by combining customer research, analytics, and market analysis.
What you can expect

About You
- Product & Go-to-market sense: You thrive in ambiguous environments and are excited by the challenge of taking a compliance-driven, non-innovative product and finding creative ways to drive user adoption and market differentiation.
- Strong user research: Experience running user research, especially in B2B and/or regulatory contexts, and translating insights into actionable onboarding/messaging strategies. PMM or go-to-market projects is a plus.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder management: Excels at orchestrating cross-functional teams and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bias for action & ownership: Able to navigate uncertainty, take the lead, and deliver concrete outcomes even without a clear playbook.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with evolving requirements, regulatory constraints, and thinking outside traditional product scope.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal English skills required; French fluency is a plus.
