Responsibilities

  • Rebuild our lending API for scale and impact by leading redesign to support new use cases, deeper integrations, and greater scale.
  • Increase conversion across the partner journey by resolving friction for partner-referred customers using funnel analysis, experiments, and user insights.
  • Upgrade the Introducer Portal and partner tools to improve lead management, workflow simplification, interface enhancement, and reporting.
  • Streamline support workflows for internal teams by partnering to reduce manual effort and improve service quality in systems like Salesforce and internal CRMs.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a product management or technical role.
  • Strategic and discovery-led approach to proactively identify problems, shape solutions, and drive delivery.
  • A commercial mindset to understand business priorities and maximize value from developer resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in trust-based relationship environments.
  • Strong data literacy and problem-solving skills.

Bonus

  • Interest in tech solutions and understanding tech development.
  • Strong numerate background such as maths, physics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with financial products or fintech.
