Responsibilities
- Rebuild our lending API for scale and impact by leading redesign to support new use cases, deeper integrations, and greater scale.
- Increase conversion across the partner journey by resolving friction for partner-referred customers using funnel analysis, experiments, and user insights.
- Upgrade the Introducer Portal and partner tools to improve lead management, workflow simplification, interface enhancement, and reporting.
- Streamline support workflows for internal teams by partnering to reduce manual effort and improve service quality in systems like Salesforce and internal CRMs.
