- 6+ years of product management experience in consumer or SaaS environments.
- A track record of shipping and scaling high-growth products.
- Experience owning end-to-end experimentation β youβve built funnels, run A/B tests, and iterated based on results.
- Data fluency β you can define metrics, form hypotheses, analyse impact, and model growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally in high-velocity product teams.
- Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated environments.
