Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify near and long-term opportunities, shaping product vision, strategies, and roadmaps with organizational alignment.
- Foster consensus and clarity across teams, demonstrate initiative and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Research teams to develop compelling value propositions for customers.
- Cultivate a culture of active leadership centered on accountability, support, and excellence.
- Promote creativity and innovation by encouraging fresh perspectives and bold ideas addressing sustainability challenges.
- Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and collaboration in prototype development.
- Maintain a scrappy, "in the trenches" mentality driving zero to one innovation.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Minimum of 8 years experience building successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast-growing company.
- Proven record of building and launching zero-to-one consumer products, preferably in consumer social, marketplaces, or financial services.
- Skilled in uncovering non-obvious customer needs and synthesizing research to define problems effectively.
- Resilient and proactive in challenging status quo to drive improvement.
- Inspires bold, game-changing ideas and delivers customer problem solutions effectively.
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Develops and champions roadmaps, breaking down projects into MVPs to maximize value with minimal effort.
