Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations of our products from kickoff through rollout
  • Support accounts post-sales to ensure optimal product design and configuration
  • Conduct workflow discovery and solution design sessions with stakeholders
  • Configure the platform and validate data
  • Collaborate with Project Manager on status reporting, timelines, and potential delays
  • Communicate technical requirements and coordinate security and audits with customer IT teams
  • Work with client services to improve implementation processes and documentation
  • Travel up to 25-50% of the time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional experience with data and analytics
  • 2+ years experience in client-facing roles like consulting or implementation management
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with software implementation processes
  • Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving creativity
  • Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites

Bonus Points

  • Graduate degree such as MS, MHA, MBA
  • Experience and passion for process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma training (DMAIC, PDCA)
