Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations of our products from kickoff through rollout
- Support accounts post-sales to ensure optimal product design and configuration
- Conduct workflow discovery and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Configure the platform and validate data
- Collaborate with Project Manager on status reporting, timelines, and potential delays
- Communicate technical requirements and coordinate security and audits with customer IT teams
- Work with client services to improve implementation processes and documentation
- Travel up to 25-50% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years professional experience with data and analytics
- 2+ years experience in client-facing roles like consulting or implementation management
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Experience with software implementation processes
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving creativity
- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
