Responsibilities
- Ownership of brand departmental budget forecasting & tracking.
- Work closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders on implementing approval templates and processes across projects.
- Act as the main POC for financial queries, ensuring accurate budget tracking and reconciliations are completed.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Key Campaigns throughout the year, ensuring all shoot production areas are developed and executed in line with the creative brief.
- Main POC for all event related queries, managing event producers and agencies on execution and delivery of the events calendar, supported by an in-house Producer.
- Stakeholder management: main point of contact for all exec level queries relating to events and the Key Campaign Calendar (KCPS).
- Support brand partnerships by developing and ideating on pitches for 2025; assist wider team on proposals and oversee end to end project delivery.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of brand projects, managing key seasonal events and shoots to build brand awareness aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Manage external production agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver events and shoots aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize event and shoot production budgets to meet financial targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee and manage in-house producer on creative execution of events calendar, ensuring seamless delivery for internal teams.
- Work closely with Private Client and advertising teams on brand partner briefs.
- Ensure technical production elements are of the highest standard by working with suppliers and internal brand department.
- Ensure all events and KCPs are completed on time and budget with supporting washup reports and de-brief discussions.
- Guide and assist with events and production best practices globally to maintain brand standards.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships across events and shoot production.
- Manage complex production schedules including pre and post production timelines to meet campaign live dates.
Requirements
- Experienced Creative Production Manager, ideally within Luxury Fashion.
- Available to start in August on a 12-month fixed term contract.
- Proven track record delivering brand campaigns.
- Experience managing agencies locally and internationally.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Experience working with a wide range of budgets.
- Highly organized with exceptional planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to concept creative ideas and work with internal stakeholders from ideation to delivery.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing a team.
