- Collaborate across business to build, launch, and scale new expansion opportunities.
- Focus on protecting user trust, operating with high velocity, and growing the product from 0 β 1 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Drive product features throughout development cycle: ideation, release, analysis, iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to build and launch solutions.
- Use data, intuition, and experimentation to prioritize and evolve execution approach.
- Define and report on success metrics and foster iterative learning culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management or related role.
- Focus on financial services, regulated industries, or workflow automation preferred.
- Bonus: domain knowledge in personal finance products and services.
- Technical fluency with experience solving complex, technical problems.
- Strong problem-solving, hypothesis testing, and learning skills.
- Skilled written and verbal communicator able to explain decisions and results clearly.
- Organized and self-directed; comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities autonomously.
