Things Youβll Do
- Lead the multi-product purchasing strategy for Zapierβs AI orchestration platform, designing seamless ways to buy and manage multiple subscriptions blending usage- and outcome-based pricing models.
- Own the continuous planning roadmap, driving 0-to-1 initiatives through iterative delivery and A/B testing with prioritization for impact.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product opportunities balancing user needs with financial goals to advance trust, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as an internal consultant to GTM and product teams on pricing experiments, packaging strategy, and monetization mechanics.
- Partner with engineering to evolve the revenue platform, supporting complex billing scenarios and improving scalability and user experience across self-serve and sales-led journeys.
- Drive scope and alignment for key launches by owning impact mapping beyond direct remit and managing cross-functional teams under pressure.
