Role Overview
- Lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) to identify and develop new business and product opportunities within Super.com's Incubation Hub.
- Own the product roadmap from concept to launched MVP and beyond.
- Work with dedicated engineers, designers, and growth leads to rapidly prototype and ship customer-facing products.
- Drive post-launch iteration, optimization, and learning cycles.
- Use data tools like Amplitude and light SQL to track product performance and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with business development and design teams for external partner integrations.
- Operate with a founder mindset, making fast decisions and managing ambiguity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2C, early-stage, or fast-moving product environments.
- Proven ability to launch MVPs and iterate based on user and data feedback.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
- Comfortable with data analysis and deriving business insights using tools like SQL and Amplitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex product ideas and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity and high-ownership environments.
- Flexible, humble, and able to balance detailed execution with strategic thinking.
