- Define big-picture strategy and ship pixel-perfect experiences.
- Translate campaign visions into executed shoots and smart workflows.
- Use AI and customer insights to scale both sides of the marketplace.
- Expand into OTAs, agencies, and global travel brands.
- Build a trusted, scalable creator marketplace in travel.

- Drive Product Strategy grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Build Products People Love with delightful, high-quality UX.
- Solve Complex Problems with structured and creative thinking.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Design, Engineering, GTM, and CS teams.
- Stay Close to Customers by gathering insights directly from creators and users.
- Relentlessly Execute by writing specs, running rituals, testing builds, and measuring results.
- Own Product Performance by monitoring metrics and balancing ROI.
- Stay Ahead of Trends in creator economy, video, and marketplace shifts.
What you’ll need
- Sharp Problem Solving to break down ambiguity and find actionable solutions.
- Builder’s Hunger from launching or thriving in early-stage, high-ownership roles.
- Ownership Mentality thinking in outcomes and treating product like a business.
- 5+ Years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or marketplaces with 0→1 and 1→n experience.
- Business Acumen comfortable with P&Ls, pricing, and data-driven prioritization.
- Technical Fluency speaking engineering language.
- LLM & AI Fluency understanding application in workflows to improve quality and speed.
- Attention to Detail noticing UX nuances and system edge cases.
- Crisp Communication clear and persuasive tailored to any audience.
- User Empathy building with deep understanding of creator and customer needs.
- Bias for Action moving fast with testing, iteration, and follow-through.
