Role Overview
- This position is a high-leverage, cross-functional leadership role to amplify CMO and Enterprise Sales efforts.
- Partner with executive teams to co-create strategic initiatives and accelerate AI platform adoption.
- Guide critical commercial opportunities, shape stakeholder narratives, and build confidence for bold decisions.
- Collaborate with Product on next-generation AI solutions to improve surgical access, reduce cancellations, grow robotics, and optimize operations.
What Youβll Do
- Architect Strategic Partnerships with CMOs, COOs, CFOs, CMIOs, perioperative leaders, and IT stakeholders to diagnose barriers and define future visions.
- Co-create business cases and solution architectures aligned with system priorities like growth and margin recovery.
- Navigate organizational complexity to accelerate adoption and build trust.
- Act as a Strategic Athlete supporting CMO and Area VPs in critical projects and customer conversations.
- Work fluidly across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Clinical Strategy teams to align on customer problem-solving.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and move initiatives forward.
- Shape the Next Generation of AI Solutions by partnering with Product to define roadmaps for surgical care transformation.
- Inform product requirements based on clinical and operational discovery.
- Help develop, pilot, and iterate AI-powered assistants for surgery.
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, demand generation, and branding to elevate positioning and generate market education.
- Represent Qventus as an expert in AI transformation of perioperative care.
- Accelerate multi-stakeholder decision-making by translating strategy into action and helping systems build confidence, mitigate risk, and align incentives.
- Position urgency for innovation and the cost of inaction.
Ideal Background
- Former health system leader experienced in strategic service lines, perioperative services, transformation, strategy, or innovation.
- Healthcare consultant with initiatives in surgical growth, operational redesign, AI adoption, or EHR optimization.
- Clinician-MBA hybrid combining clinical credibility and business/technical fluency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy, clinical operations, digital health, or perioperative leadership.
- Deep understanding of surgical workflows, block scheduling, patient access, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with senior hospital leadership.
- Fluency in health IT environments, especially Epic OpTime, Cadence, Radiant.
- Comfort with ambiguity and leading complex initiatives across functions.
Preferred
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or clinical decision support tools.
- Background in B2B healthcare SaaS, enterprise software, or product strategy.
- Exposure to commercial or go-to-market roles in high-growth startups.
- Experience with consultative sales, executive facilitation, and product demos.
