Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and product roadmap for Payments platform, focusing on innovative technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver payment products on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Champion a customer-centric approach incorporating user feedback into roadmap and decisions.
- Drive product launches including go-to-market strategies, user education, and post-launch analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success, iterating and optimizing as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to payments to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience building and launching complex payment and fintech products.
- Deep understanding of payment technologies, systems, and processes including multi-tenant SaaS services for Enterprise.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability using metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for technology and innovation leveraging latest trends for product excellence.
- Ability to work independently and develop short-term and long-term roadmaps based on data and strategy.
- Operates strategically and with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit skilled at scaling new products in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
