Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, execution, and roadmap development for Tinderβs post-match surfaces.
- Drive innovation in how matches transition into conversations and real-world dates.
- Define the long-term product vision in partnership with cross-functional leads across design, engineering, analytics, and Trust & Safety.
- Champion high-quality delivery of impactful, user-centered features that enhance safety and deepen engagement.
- Manage and mentor PMs, contributing to team culture and development.
- Navigate technical and organizational complexity with pragmatism, clarity, and decisiveness.
- Align the Chat teamβs work to company-wide priorities and metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in high-growth consumer tech.
- Strong track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products; experience in consumer social is a strong plus.
- Proven success delivering mobile-first experiences with high user engagement and UX quality.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and high-stakes execution.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes, not just deliver featuresβwith metrics to support your impact.
Work Conditions
- Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration three days per week in Los Angeles, CA.
