Role Overview
- Bring brand guidelines to life, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
- Create and update illustrations, layouts, and visual assets, from scratch or remixing existing elements.
- Experiment with new ideas and challenge status quo on visual storytelling and design.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to create assets for website, campaigns, and emails.
- Review and provide feedback on designs with product designers to raise visual quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience designing web and mobile platforms.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Portfolio including recent work (less than 6 months old).
- Comfortable with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Keen eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
- Ability to follow and build upon brand style guides for visual consistency.
- Enjoy collaboration with designers and marketers and eager to help grow others.
- Can take feedback and iterate quickly aiming for best results.
- Proactive and autonomous, ready to own projects end to end.
