- Define and drive the product roadmap across all platforms grounded in user needs, technical constraints, and our long-term vision.
- Deliver magical, differentiated experiences that users canβt live without.
- Lead discovery: test hypotheses, validate solutions with users, and turn insights into real product.
- Collaborate tightly with design and engineering to ship weekly and learn constantly.
- Build and mentor a product team over time: but start by doing, not delegating.
What will help you be successful
- 5+ years of product experience, with prior founder or 0-to-1 background.
- Deep product intuition paired with a bias for validation and iteration.
- Have previously built products used by 1k+ users.
- You can estimate the impact of new features and bug fixes as well as the engineering effort necessary to implement them in order to prioritize work in each sprint to maximize ROI of engineering team effort.
- Strong storytelling skills: you can rally a team, align stakeholders, and inspire users.
- Experience with Linear and Figma.
- Experience building with LLMs or other AI tools.
- Experience coding.
