Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and manage production schedules for all products to increase efficiencies and improve workflows
- Serve as the main point of communication for assigned projects for manufacturers and internal teams
- Monitor project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met for all assigned games and products
- Manage purchase orders, timelines, and production tasks for new games, reprints, and localization
- Manage and maintain Bills of Materials and Requests for Quotes for projects
- Oversee the incoming samples for review and route accordingly
- Identify materials and manufacturing best practices to ensure cost-savings, efficiencies, and quality from development through Cargo Ready Date
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel - Pivot tables experience preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Attention to detail, organizational skills - keep projects updated and on time
