Responsibilities
- Define and own the platform product roadmap for the app's technical features, aligning business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with platform engineers, product teams, and leadership for technical alignment and scalable architecture
- Drive improvements to developer workflows, CI/CD, and shared tooling to increase development speed and platform maintainability
- Use data, A/B testing, and customer feedback to enhance user experience and app performance
- Align mobile and web platform efforts ensuring consistency across codebases and shared infrastructure
- Use analytics to monitor product metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and present insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in building platform products, mandatory mobile platform experience; web platform is a plus
- 6+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager in EdTech, language learning, or mobile app environment
- Proven experience managing product development cycles, writing technical requirements, and overseeing sprints
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in data and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative and user-centered solutions
- Passion for languages and education technology
