Responsibilities
- Own the Game Warden platform end-to-end, defining and championing the product vision and strategy for software providers and government customers.
- Drive deployments and international expansion working with teams to develop product strategy across U.S. government networks, classified systems, and international defense environments.
- Balance innovation with delivery by prioritizing and managing the Platform roadmap to meet new features and contractual obligations.
- Understand government and defense environments including classified networks, air-gapped systems, and cloud deployments like AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Public Sector.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, security, sales, and customer success teams to serve software customers and government end-users globally.
- Gather and analyze market insights through research and stakeholder engagement to identify needs, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
- Measure and optimize platform performance, security, and user experience using KPIs and feedback.
- Communicate complex technical and compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3 years managing platform products in B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with products for air-gapped, low-connectivity, or highly secure networks such as on-premises government or defense networks.
- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced, result-oriented environments, managing ambiguous projects with a lean approach.
- Preferred: experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or regulated industries; familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA.
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
Compensation
- $135,000 - $160,000 annually base salary.
