Own the Game Warden platform end-to-end, defining and championing the product vision and strategy for software providers and government customers.
Drive deployments and international expansion working with teams to develop product strategy across U.S. government networks, classified systems, and international defense environments.
Balance innovation with delivery by prioritizing and managing the Platform roadmap to meet new features and contractual obligations.
Understand government and defense environments including classified networks, air-gapped systems, and cloud deployments like AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Public Sector.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering, security, sales, and customer success teams to serve software customers and government end-users globally.
Gather and analyze market insights through research and stakeholder engagement to identify needs, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
Measure and optimize platform performance, security, and user experience using KPIs and feedback.
Communicate complex technical and compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

5+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3 years managing platform products in B2B SaaS.
Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with products for air-gapped, low-connectivity, or highly secure networks such as on-premises government or defense networks.
Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced, result-oriented environments, managing ambiguous projects with a lean approach.
Preferred: experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or regulated industries; familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA.
U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
