About the Role
- Manage mid-policy revenue and retention, including policy changes, cancellations, and renewals.
- Lead one of two teams in the Retention Tribe: Renewals or In-Policy experience.
- Build and execute strategy to improve post acquisition net revenue.
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and reasons for policy cancellation.
- Work with pricing and operations teams to ensure effective pricing and retention tools.
- Own roadmap prioritizing customer needs, business priorities, and technical complexity.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of direct product management experience or exceptional expertise in related fields like product analytics, data science, consulting, or finance.
- Detail oriented with strong knowledge of KPIs.
- Quantitatively minded and comfortable with SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Customer obsessed with experience in behavioral insights and balancing business and customer needs.
- Outcome oriented with strong prioritization and collaborative skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to ambiguity and pressure.
- Excellent written communication and ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
