Responsibilities
- Manage our product roadmap and work with stakeholders to prioritize features.
- Frame up problems and explain what problems are being solved and why.
- Conduct research and analysis including user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Work with designers and engineers to devise and select solutions.
- Collaborate in an async, non-meeting culture largely through writing.
- Persuade stakeholders to reach decisions inclusively.
- Report on product impact after shipping features.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and shipping web applications in tech roles.
- 2+ years as a PM in startup or growth-stage companies.
- Excellent product intuition and solid design judgment.
- Technical understanding to collaborate with engineering managers.
- Ability to translate long-term strategy and feature backlog into roadmap.
- Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity effectively.
- Empathy for users and outstanding communication skills.
- Strong written communication in a documentation-first culture.
- Ability to work autonomously without waiting for instructions.
- High empathy for teammates and users.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $260,000 plus equity.
