Responsibilities
- Supporting the Product team on end-to-end product development and delivery
- Assisting in managing product timelines and keeping projects on track
- Participating in feature QA and beta testing, ensuring our product meets high quality standards
- Collaborating with the AI team to define and test product functionalities
- Analyzing data to inform product decisions and surface insights
- Supporting the definition of product requirements and member journeys
Requirements
- Good analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting trends
- Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Interest in health tech, mental health, and AI-driven solutions
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (or ongoing) in Biomedical Engineering, AI, Management, or related areas
- Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, or data dashboards (Looker, Sheets, etc.)
- Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts and agile methodologies
- A proactive attitude and a user-centric mindset
- Bonus: Exposure to conversational AI or digital health products
