Responsibilities
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and feed the global product roadmap
- Build and nurture your product vision with the rest of the product team, based on gathered data
- Turn all insights into a roadmap ensuring solving the right problems
- Constantly prioritize to maximize user experience and business impact while minimizing workload and technical debt
- Understand usersβ pain points, motivations and needs through qualitative research
- Dive deep into understanding the product, business, and competitive landscape
- Define and measure the right product KPIs
- Work closely with product designers and engineers to develop solutions addressing user pain points
- Challenge teammates and protect them from internal and external challenges
- Turn roadmap into a backlog of user stories with clear specifications
- Ensure all shipped products are bug-free including testing
- Analyze features performance and generate insights to iterate or discontinue products
- Communicate the βwhyβ behind the roadmap to ensure understanding and buy-in
- Share experience and coach junior product managers in product knowledge and processes
- Participate actively in improving product team processes, workflows and tools
- Support CS and sales teams in customer meetings or webinars
- Be the voice of PlayPlay in the product community through participation in groups and meetups
Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a product manager, preferably in SaaS
- Passion for users and customers with focus on engagement and satisfaction
- Natural ability to get things done and qualify as an "achiever"
- Curious and able to navigate technical environments
- Embraced AI tools like ChatGPT for personal or professional use
- Excellent communication skills including in English
