What You9ll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to take sales to the next level.
- Influence product direction and help tell Arcade9s story as the company grows.
- Experiment with new outbound motions and collaborate with Marketing and Operations on campaigns.
- Reach out proactively to Growth trial customers to understand their use cases and expand opportunities.
- Partner on enterprise pricing and packaging deals.
- Provide product recommendations to close large deals.
- Use product metrics to identify adoption signals and upsell opportunities.
- Research target personas, build repeatable playbooks, and share learnings for scaling.
- Close deals effectively.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of sales experience with some enterprise closing experience at a B2B tech company.
- Experience in a fast-growing tech startup from early stages through significant growth ($5m to $20m ARR+).
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and eagerness to explore a broad target customer base.
- Comfort with data and ability to analyze signals for account targeting.
- Innate sense of urgency with strong teamwork ability.
