Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ship features that solve complex problems across ride-hailing, food delivery, and payments.
- Use research, data, and insights to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Drive key product KPIs (engagement, retention, adoption) and present results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage the product development lifecycle – from ideation, MVP testing, and launch to post-release iterations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-growing tech companies, preferably in Financial Services.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact products, preferably in fintech.
- Strong data and analytical skills with experience in setting and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A user-first mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth.
