About the Role
- Lead product strategy and development to scale Zen's education staffing platform.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Ops, and Sales teams.
- Drive a product-first culture and coach a high-functioning product delivery organization.
- Define product vision for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- Iterate rapidly on new products while maintaining core product focus.
Key Responsibilities - First 6-12 Months
- Define the product strategy and vision across timeframes.
- Drive a product-first culture throughout the organization.
- Roll out new products extending beyond the core marketplace to Human Capital Management software for schools.
- Be a key member of the management team, aligning outcomes with organizational priorities.
- Build and coach a high-performing product management team.
- Support multiple team priorities while maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
