Responsibilities

  • Drive operational transformation by understanding customers' needs, configuring the product, and applying data analysis and change management best practices
  • Independently manage customer implementations and take ownership post-sales close ensuring correct product configuration
  • Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and process teams for setup and data transfer
  • Establish strong relationships with customer executives and stakeholders to guide implementation
  • Lead change management efforts requiring executive presence and leadership buy-in
  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure readiness and proactively resolve issues
  • Facilitate handoff to Outcomes and Client Success teams for long-term customer success
  • Inform product vision and strategy by sharing customer feedback and feature ideas
  • Support Sales and Marketing as a subject matter expert with implementation insights
  • Travel to customer sites up to 20-30% of the time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, understanding hospital operations
  • Background in mathematics/statistics, process improvement, implementation and/or healthcare
  • Experience working with C-suite executives or high-level leadership
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple projects and teams
  • Obsessed with customer success, proactive problem solver
  • Data analysis experience using tools like Excel or Tableau
  • Willingness to travel to customers as needed

  • Experience with perioperative environments
  • Experience with healthcare or analytics products
  • Experience with enterprise software product implementations
  • Published writing such as blogs or articles
  • Remote candidates in the Central Region preferred
