Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve credit offerings including pricing, limits, and repayment options.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new features or products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Refine user journeys to enhance customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
- Design and run experiments to test new product ideas and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Build tools and dashboards for monitoring product performance and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover pain points and inform product development.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set strategic priorities and long-term vision for German lending proposition.
- Support cross-functional execution by working with Sales, Operations, Credit, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy, product, or analytical roles within consultancy, tech, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to influence across functions in fast-moving environments.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B or RCT tests; statistical mindset.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Bonus: Understanding lending or financial business models, B2B lending/credit product experience, Bayesian statistics knowledge.
