Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly controls on tech and product activities, including IT framework reviews, operational effectiveness assessments, access reviews, change management controls and more
  • Lead independent control processes from stakeholder interviews to control documentation, findings identification, and remediation follow-up
  • Collaborate with technical teams (leads and individual contributors) to understand their processes and assess compliance with internal policies and specific regulations
  • Implement and monitor corrective measures when control gaps are identified, working with stakeholders to ensure proper remediation
  • Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications and ensuring compliance with European regulations

About You

  • Engineering or audit background preferred, with experience in fast-paced environments such as Big 4 IT consulting or fintech audit
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple controls while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to articulate complex findings clearly and build constructive relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Enjoys analyzing technical processes and finding practical solutions to compliance and security improvements
  • Proactive with eagerness to learn technical concepts and grow in internal control within fintech
