Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly controls on tech and product activities, including IT framework reviews, operational effectiveness assessments, access reviews, change management controls and more
- Lead independent control processes from stakeholder interviews to control documentation, findings identification, and remediation follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams (leads and individual contributors) to understand their processes and assess compliance with internal policies and specific regulations
- Implement and monitor corrective measures when control gaps are identified, working with stakeholders to ensure proper remediation
- Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications and ensuring compliance with European regulations

- Engineering or audit background preferred, with experience in fast-paced environments such as Big 4 IT consulting or fintech audit

- Enjoys analyzing technical processes and finding practical solutions to compliance and security improvements
- Proactive with eagerness to learn technical concepts and grow in internal control within fintech
