Major Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term product vision and roadmap aligning with strategic priorities and growth.
- Balance short-term execution and long-term innovation focusing on customer value, defensibility, and scalability.
- Own Customer Advisory Board feedback to influence roadmap and market alignment.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify innovations securing category leadership.
- Lead and scale a global product team of 60+ members fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with partnerships team on product strategy supporting key global partner integrations.
- Serve as an executive team member contributing to enterprise-wide planning and decision-making.
- Promote a product-first culture and represent the company internally and externally on product vision.
Education & Experience
- 8+ years progressive product leadership experience, including 3+ years in executive roles at high-growth B2B software or DaaS companies.
- Proven success leading global product organizations and diverse vertical markets.
- Experience delivering complex, data-rich solutions with user-centered design and analytics-driven prioritization.
- Track record of shipping enterprise software products with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing large, distributed teams (50+) and scaling product operations.
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong preference for expertise in data-as-a-service, labor market analytics, or workforce intelligence.
