Role

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design teams to define product requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
  • Support the prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
  • Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
  • Knowledgeable about Product management and scrum methodologies.
  • Interested and knowledgeable in consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps) and the metrics that inform those products.
  • Aware of the luxury market and related industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
  • Ability to assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficient in English.
