The Role
- Bring rhythm, focus, and structure to planning, collaboration, and delivery across the organisation.
- Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and product leadership team to support smooth execution and guide prioritisation.
- Establish scalable ways of working across squads and domains.
- Lead through influence and bring steadiness, systems thinking, and positive momentum to teams.
- Help teams find clarity, navigate ambiguity, and sequence the right actions for meaningful impact.
What You9ll Do
- Support strategic operations by shaping planning, prioritisation, and quarterly business rhythms.
- Foster clarity by helping teams navigate competing priorities and focus on important work.
- Design and facilitate planning cycles, rituals, and check-ins to keep product organisation connected and aligned.
- Strengthen communication across product teams and stakeholders.
- Guide prioritisation and sequencing to balance innovation, customer insight, and delivery.
- Identify areas of friction and introduce systems to support work processes.
- Support team wellbeing by co-creating onboarding, offsites, and learning opportunities.
- Enable confident delivery through insight, systems, and steady support.
